ICONFIT Chia Defatted Powder. If regular chia seeds have a fat content of 30%, then in the production of ICONFIT chia powder, the excess fat is first removed by cold-pressing, the seeds are then ground and the final product is healthy chia powder with a fat content of only 10%.

Chia powder is nutritious and gluten free, which is why it is perfect for baking and smoothies. Thanks to its high water holding capacity, chia powder also acts as a natural stabiliser and thickening agent. Compared to regular wheat flour, using chia powder in your bread dough makes the dough much more stable and results in a softer bread.
We also recommend this dessert recipe that is nice and sweet but does not contain any added sugar. A dessert that is healthy, nutritious and filling because it contains a wealth of fibre. This protein-rich pudding gets its sweetness from ripe bananas. Chocolate flavoured protein powder and dark chocolate will instantly make this a favourite of all chocolate lovers. Peanut butter gives the dessert a nice nutty flavour. Ideal for a snack or for satisfying your sweet tooth. Thanks to all the fibre in the chia powder, the pudding will keep you full for a long time.
For one serving, you will need the following:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a blender, you can also use an immersion blender. Pour into a mason jar or bowl and refrigerate for a bit before serving. Serve with fresh strawberries or, if you would like something a bit more indulgent, with caramelised bananas or drizzle some chocolate sauce on top. To add a nice crunch, sprinkle some roasted salted peanuts or ICONFIT cacao nibs on top. Be creative!
