Description

ICONFIT Chia powder with reduced fat content. Usually Chia seeds have over 30% fat but ICONFIT chia flour is first cold-pressed to remove excess fat, then dried and milled to a healthy natural chia flour with only 10% fat content.

It’s full of nutrition and gluten-free so great to use in cooking and smoothies. It’s got superb water binding properties so acts as a natural thickener and stabiliser. Try to use some in your bread baking and notice a smoother softer texture compared to regular wheat flour.
